we appreciated staying 3 nights here. we have booked twin room with excellent facilities.

The location was comfortable, to the limo bus station with easy access to shopping centres and a big shopping mall. Our food for American breakfast was amazing and all the staff were very amiable and attentive. The service offered was very good.

The hotel is near the Osaka Station, and close to Itami Airport which is good when you decide to take the taxi to the airport going back home, (we have several luggages), it would just cost around 4,800 yen, unlike kix airport which will cost you around 30k. We like the service, the staff understood English well, and very accommodating.

We would have stayed for longer, enjoyed its particularly good and stunning location. It is a perfect property located in Umeda district very close to the most useful metro lines in town and big departmental stores, countless shops, eateries, Umeda and Osaka station: D

Hotel staff are well trained and they communciate with each other well. They are efficient and at the same time hospitable. Great location for those travellers, using railway or bus connections to other cities.

No individual safe deposit box in room. No business centre facility.

We appreciated having our rooms placed next to each other. The staff's politeness and willingness to assist us with luggage storage before our flight were excellent.

The room size felt a bit constrained for our needs.

Room smelt like cigarettes!! Bed was hard for western standard. Felt the rate was more expensive then it was worth as have stayed in similar hotels around the world and paid alot less.

The hotel is in the Osaka railway station which is very comfortable. The shopping center is located around the station. Perfect for a short stay where you have direct access shopping, transportation, restaurants and amusement. The rooms are more spacious than an average business hotel in Japan. I had a nice view from my hotel room. Most rooms are located on 20+ floors.

You could hear some street noise from the amusement area, but it was still okay for me.

Superb location, when you walk out the hotel you are in the Osaka railway station, and minutes away from an extensive range of gourmet foods. From my hotel room I had an amazing view, especially at night, of a vibrant city.

The location is really convenient, and there is free internet facility at the hotel room.

The room is super small, smallest hotel room I have ever been, lucky it was quiet modern and clean, although I would have preferred Hilton if I knew it was just across the road. Also while there was free Internet, the PC was super slow (My room was AMD 1 Ghz with 512MB memory)..

Finding the entrance of the hotel from the Osaka train station was ridiculously difficult given how the hotel practically sits atop the station. The initial search for the hotel should be easier given luggage is usually being lugged around. While this is partly due to some renovations going on at the time, clearer sign posting would be good.

Great location near Osaka Station, but the room was quite cramped for moving around.
